Why are we here?

For a friend of mine reading this headline – first another question came up: Where? Here, on earth. As an incarnated human being. Yes, I believe in reincarnation. Realizing more and more the yogic ethics of the yamas and niyamas feels very harmonious and natural to me, and I am convinced, that there exists something higher than a separated human being like a higher Self, may you call it God, Shiva, Shakti, Paramashiva, Oneness, Primary Clear Light, Buddha Dharma Kaya, Buddhahood, Yahweh, Jehowa, Allah, Nature, The Universe or whatever name you may prefer. For me, all refers to the same source.

As a human being, we can learn and remember. We are able to discover and we can recognize our True Self! In my belief, this is the path we all are walking in one way or another.

Why am I here, now?

I am here, to share and to develop together. And I want to improve and grow in the whole being! My duty is to guide people back to where we truly came from and I surrender to the divine acting through as much as possible asking for its grace. I also trust and follow my teachers.

Every healing shows something on both sides, for the healer and the healed person. If true healing is achieved, the healed person really learned something and changed his or her life, accordingly. This can either be a change in the way of behaviour or way of thinking or even an external change visible also from the outside like changing a job or the place to live or the people whose company we seek. Without that change the healing would only be a symptomatic plaster and the wound and suffering might come back to the surface at the right time. I invite you to work on the root cause!

From observation we see that our mind creates our environment, which often happens subconsciously. What we focus on, will happen. What we do “not” want, will happen, too, because we focus on it – the subconscious mind knows no “not”. Therefore, we want to learn to focus on what we want: a conscious and happy life full of abundance, anahata love and connection to the divine acting through us.

My Vision

I have the vision of a community with people who want to live a life of unconditional love (Anahata, heart chakra), who stay in connection with the earth (physical action, juicyness and playfulness, selfempowerment, lower chakras) have a longing to rise above (the purity, beauty and knowledge of the higher chakras), while embracing the world itself (witnessing in Sahasrara).

Yes, I am on a yogic path and decided to put my full time engagement into it. This contains the ethics of yoga and tantra, asanas, energetic work and meditation. I practise non-attachment while staying fully involved. And I see the world as well as the universe as one big being without a real separation of the individuals.

“May I be a guard for those who need protection
A guide for those on the path
A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood
May I be a lamp in the darkness
A resting place for the weary
A healing medicine for all who are sick
A vase of plenty, a tree of miracles
And for the boundless multitudes of living beings
May I bring sustenance and awakening
Enduring like the earth and sky
Until all beings are freed from sorrow
And all are awakened.”
